We’ve all watched the scenes in movies where the leading man walks into the room/bar/wherever, and all heads immediately turn and take notice, as if by magic. Then, again as if by magic, the most beautiful woman in the room also rises and moves inexorably toward him, setting up the inevitable meeting. While this may seem hokey, and in some films it undoubtedly is, there is a real element to this type of attraction.  Let’s take a look at how this happens.

The first thing to know is that it doesn’t happen by accident. There is work involved. But the good news is that this can be achieved by anyone, and it doesn’t take years of gym memberships to bring it about. Yes, working out is part of it, as is a sensible diet plan designed to rid you of excess fat.

Creating an ideal male form, with the classic “V” shape is not out of your reach. And the benefits of attaining such a shape are many.  Not only will you find yourself practically irresistible to women, you’ll find that you can hold sway over a number of areas, including friendships, relationships and even your business associations. Who wouldn’t want to work, love, or be friends with someone who obviously has their personal life so well put together, as evidenced by the way they look? Now, whether all that is true about you remains to be seen, but it’s nice to have a leg up on the competition!

Many studies have shown that this classic form, based on what is known as the “Golden Ratio” (1:1.618) can and has been used for centuries to create not only classic works of art and architecture, but has been found to have a basis in nature as well. Simply put, women go crazy for this type of body. It speaks to our very basest nature indeed, to have such an animalistic response to a perfect male form. Women can’t seem to stay away from you, and you are the Alpha male wherever you choose to go, simply because of your build and the air of confidence it brings with it.

Not only women react this way, but potential business associates as well. Who would pass up an opportunity to do business with such a man? You’ve actually seen this at work many times before now. Think back to the times you’ve witnessed the best looking guy, (or even girl, for the purpose of this illustration) who walks in and snags the best job or deal not because they were the most qualified, but simply because they looked great. Might not be fair, but hey, who said life was fair? Now, this is not to say they are incapable of screwing up said opportunity, but at least they got a shot.
